Abstract:
The present invention relates to a U-box domain variant of E4B (E4BU) having allosteric regulation that can enhance the ubiquitination activity by increasing the ubiquitin-conversion rate of ubiquitin (Ub)-bound ubiquitin conjugating enzyme (E2) (E2-Ub), a nucleic acid encoding same, an expression vector, a recombinant cell, and a method for preparing same.
