Abstract:
U-locks and air pumps for bicycles are generally known and have been marketed for decades. Locks and pumps are the only portable parts of a bicycle. The U-lock (with a fixed mounting on the bicycle) has become increasingly successful as the optimal security item for the bicycle, whereas the pump with a fixed mounting on the bicycle has not enjoyed as much success. The inventive U-lock consists of a bow and two straight parts, whose ends terminate in a lock. One straight part is configured as a pump with a reinforced casing so that the normal function of the U-lock is maintained. To use the pump, the U-lock is detached from its mounting, thus releasing the handle of the pump. The latter can be produced as a standard, telescopic or compressed air pump. Said pump comprising an integrated pump is primarily designed for bicycles but can also be used for motorcycles or similar.

Description:
Beschreibung Bügelschloss mit integrierter Pumpe.
Bügelschlösser und Pumpen sind allgemein bekannt und seit Jahrzehnten hauptsächlich für Fahrräder auf dem Markt.
Schlösser und Pumpen sind die einzigen beweg- lichen Teile am Fahrrad. Während sich das Bügelschloss (mit fester Halterung am Fahrrad) immer mehr als optimale Sicherheit für das Fahrrad durchsetzte, konnte sich die Pumpe mit fester Halterung am Fahrrad nicht durchsetzen. Der Aufwand der Halterung nur für die Pumpe ist zu groß. Die Folge ist, das im Bedarfsfall keine Pumpe zur Verfügung steht.
Das Bügelschloss mit integrierter Pumpe löst dieses Problem grundsätzlich.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgen näher beschrieben.
Das Bügelschloss besteht aus einem massiven Eisenbügel, deren Enden in einem Schloss münden.
Die Pumpe (mit verstärktem Mantel) wird als Zwischenstück mit dem Bügel verschweißt, so dass die Funktion des Bügelschlosses normal erhalten bleibt. Zur Nutzung der Pumpe wird der Bügel vom Schloss gelöst, um mit dem Bügel zu pumpen.
Die Pumpe kann als Standart-, Teleskop-oder Pressluftpumpe gefertigt sein.
