Abstract:
A suspension capable of an excellent buffer effect against impact and vibrations in all directions is provided at low cost. This U-shaped suspension (100) has a plurality of U-shaped spring parts (110) that have substantial U shapes when not under a load. These U-shaped spring parts (110) are arrayed in a radial formation, and first end parts are held in a first holding mechanism (120), while second end parts are held in a second holding mechanism (130). In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first and second holding mechanisms (120, 130) hold the first and second end parts of the U-shaped spring parts so that the first and second end parts are able to move along straight lines connecting the first and second end parts.
