Title:
UE AND UE COMMUNICATIONS CONTROL METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/139118
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A terminal device (UE) that, when a network (NW) applies a plurality of congestion managements, notifies a variety of congestion management identification information together with a back off timer (session management (SM) timer), such that congestion management expected by the NW can be applied. In addition, the UE is configured so as to be capable of identifying an SM timer that that will be the target of an NW-initiated SM request, if an SM request is received that has been initiated by the NW in a state in which the UE has activated the back off timer. In addition, if an SM request is received that has been initiated by the NW, in a state in which the UE has activated the back off timer, the UE is configured so as to be capable of changing the association between the activated back off timer and the applied congestion management. As a result, a method for communications control of the congestion management applied by the NW is provided in order for a terminal to apply congestion management expected by the NW, in 5G congestion management having a plurality of congestion managements applied therein.
