[PROBLEMS] A ultra-fine nozzle which can ensure a smooth liquid flow-out with the inner diameter of a nozzle tip end reduced to 30m or smaller and a nozzle wall thickness reduced and, is applicable to a variety of medical or industrial apparatuses; and a production method therefor. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A core wire (43) is specially electrocast (a first electrocasting), part of the core wire (43) is exposed, a tapered-shape electrocast pipe (41) with the core wire (43) kept attached is formed, a second electrocasting is performed to form a second electrocast pipe (44), and the then the core wire (43) and the first electrocast pipe (41) are drawn to produce an integrated ultra-fine nozzle using electrocast pipes having different inner and outer diameters. The tip end of the nozzle may be tapered or the inner and outer portions thereof may be plated with a metal such as gold, silver, and palladium.
