Title:
ULTRA-HIGH FREQUENCY DIFFERENTIAL CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/140732
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To realize an ultra-high frequency differential circuit having flat delay characteristics and right-tilt delay characteristics while principally having distributed constant lines.
[Solution] An ultra-high frequency differential circuit (1) includes an insulating dielectric layer and a pair of elongated line conductors (5A, 5B) opposite each other via the dielectric layer. One end of one line conductor (5A) is defined as an input terminal (11A) for one polarity of a differential signal, while the other end is defined as an output terminal (13A).
An end of the other line conductor (5B) opposite the output terminal (13A) of one line conductor (5A) is defined as an input terminal (11B) for the other polarity of the differential signal, while the other end opposite the input terminal (11A) is defined as an output terminal (13B). The pair of line conductors (5A, 5B) constitutes a transmission line positively coupled with the differential signal while constituting a unit circuit per one section (3).
