Abstract:
Disclosed are an ultra-high-modulus, high-light transmittance polyimide film and a preparation method and use thereof. The ultra-high-modulus, high-light transmittance polyimide film is prepared by mixing and dissolving a mixture of polydiamine and polydianhydride in a solvent, adding a capping agent, and then polymerizing and imidizing. The preparation method comprises: S1, dissolving a mixture of polydiamine and polydianhydride in a solvent, adding a capping agent, then stirring and mixing to obtain a mixed solution; S2, adding a catalyst to the mixed solution, and stirring and mixing to obtain a precursor solution; S3, pouring the precursor solution onto a substrate, drying, and removing some of the solvent to obtain a semi-dried film; S4, peeling from the substrate, stretching, and imidizing the semi-dried film at high temperatures to obtain a polyimide film. The polyimide film prepared by the present invention has an ultra-high modulus and high light transmittance, and is suitable for fields such as flexible photoelectrics, aerospace and aviation, and in particular as a structural member, a reinforcing layer, or a base material for a flexible display or transparent display.
