Abstract:
Pump light and erase light are spatially modulated by a phase plate 10 comprising a flat spatial shape having a predetermined thickness and having a plurality of division regions, and collected at an ultra-high resolution onto a sample S. The plurality of division regions of the phase plate 10 comprise at least two types of spatially isotropic optical medium materials, and independently phase-control the pump light and the erase light.
