Abstract:
An ultra-high speed cooling fan, comprising a rotor (1), a stator (2), a rotary shaft (3), a bearing (4), several fan blades (5), and a hub (6) fixing the fan blades (5), the bearing (4) being a groove-type dynamic pressure gas radial bearing, comprising a bearing outer sleeve (41) and a bearing inner sleeve (42). Using the groove-type dynamic pressure gas radial bearing instead of an oil bearing, and using a gas as a lubricant of the bearing provides many advantages such as there being no pollution, the friction loss being low, the usage time being long and the range of applications being wide, and in particular, since the groove-type dynamic pressure gas radial bearing implements an ultra-high speed stable operation in an air state, with regard to identical cooling requirements, the size of the cooling fan may therefore be significantly reduced for miniaturisation. The present invention therefore has significant value for promoting the development of the microminiaturisation of electronic components.
