Abstract:
An ultra high voltage direct current disk-type suspension insulator capable of inhibiting the corrosion of metal electrodes; a separated iron cap attachment system (1) is disposed outside of an iron cap electrode (3) of the insulator, and a steel foot attachment system (2) is disposed outside of a steel foot electrode (4); the separated iron cap attachment system and the steel foot attachment system are in close contact respectively with a lower brim of a steel cap and a part of a steel foot that is exposed in the air. The separated iron cap attachment system is formed by connecting left and right parts by using a manner of convex-concave combination, and an inclined upper surface (7) transitions from a sine curve (8) to a circular curve (9), and further to a conical slot (10) and a curved slot (11) of a lower surface. A smooth surface (17) of an upper surface of the steel foot attachment system transitions to an elbow (16), which transitions to an lower arc (15), a circular protruding head (14), an equipotential surface shape (13) and an upper arc (12).
