Abstract:
An ultra-large ceiling fan blade having a nested structure and using a plastic extrusion molding process. The blade comprises a metal core material (2), and a blade main body (1), which is manufactured by using the plastic extrusion molding process, wherein a main body cavity (11), which runs through head and tail ends of the blade main body (1), is formed in the blade main body (1); and the metal core material (2) is fixedly arranged in the main body cavity (11). In the blade, the blade main body (1) manufactured by means of the plastic extrusion molding process can be directly manufactured in an optimal wind dynamics blade shape, which makes production more convenient and more efficient. The overall weight of the blade is low, thereby reducing the load of a driving electric motor. In addition, the price is lower compared with that of existing blades formed by an aluminum alloy material. When the blade falls off, the hazard of the blade is also greatly reduced due to the low overall weight thereof. The metal core material (2) is arranged in the blade so as to ensure the overall structural strength of the blade and the weight of the blade is also reduced.
