Abstract:
Provided is an ultra-low-temperature butterfly valve, comprising a valve body (9), a butterfly plate (11), axial position-limiting blocks (2), a valve stem (10), a valve cover (12), and a lower end cover (7); the shaft holes at each of the ends of the valve body (9) are provided with axial position-limiting holes (1) in the direction of a passageway; axial position-limiting platforms (3) are provided at both ends of the shaft hole of the butterfly plate (11); the axial position-limiting blocks (2) are respectively mounted between the axial position-limiting holes (1) at both ends of the valve body and the axial position-limiting platforms (3) at both ends of the butterfly plate (11); the tail end of the valve stem (10) is a free end, and the head of the valve stem (10) is provided with an anti-flyout step (5); the inside of the valve cover (12) is provided with an anti-flyout step (5), and an electrostatic conductive spring (8) is disposed between the lower end cover (7) and the valve stem (10). The described butterfly valve can eliminate the phenomenon of the butterfly valve becoming stuck or even failing to open and close due to cold contraction, and also eliminate the safety risk of static electricity.
