Abstract:
An ultra-sensitive nanopore structure, a chip, an analysis device, an amino acid detection method, a protein detection method, and a use. The ultra-sensitive nanopore structure relates to a nanopore (8); the pore diameter of the nanopore (8) falls within a range of 0.35-5 nm, and the length of a sensing area of the nanopore (8) falls within a range of 0.3-2 nm, which is approximate to the size of a single amino acid molecule. A substrate (5) of the ultra-sensitive nanopore chip having a pore diameter falling within a range of 5-500 nm is used for supporting the ultra-sensitive nanopore (8). The ultra-sensitive nanopore analysis device implements a single molecule detection limit less than 1 Dalton, implements detection of amino acid molecules at a single molecule level, completes direct detection of 20 natural amino acid molecules and amino acids which are subjected to post-translational chemical modification, provides a strategy of performing technology fusion on the ultra-sensitive nanopore structure and a biological enzyme to implement protein sequencing, and provides a direct solution for improving the spatial resolution of nanopore detection.
