Abstract:
An ultra-strong permanent-magnetic vortex agitator comprises a frame (3), a main shaft (14), a rotary disc (13), permanent magnets (15) and a non-magnetic safety cover (9). The main shaft (14) is vertical to horizon, and its top end extends through the frame (3) and is provided with a rotary disc (13). The rotary disc (13) is placed horizontally with multiple permanent magnets (15) fixed on the top of it. The permanent magnets (15) are arranged in such a manner that there is at least one closed loop from N-pole to S-pole. The permanent magnets (15) are Nd-Fe-B permanent magnets that are placed in the inner chamber of the non-magnetic safety cover (9) fixed on the frame (3). The non-magnetic safety cover (9) is provided with a round non-metal heat-resistant plate (12) on the top surface of it and is provided with an air-cooling device. The lower end of the main shaft (14) is attached to a decelerating mechanism (1) fixed on the bottom surface of the frame (3), and the power input shaft of the decelerating mechanism (1) is attached to the rotary shaft of a frequency-modulated variable-speed motor (2). The frequency-modulated variable-speed motor (2) is controlled by a programmable logic controller (21) in a controlling-cabinet according to operational program to realize rotation in forward and reverse directions alternately, and to drive the multiple permanent magnets (15) to rotate in forward and reverse directions synchronously through the decelerating mechanism (1), the main shaft (14) and the rotary disc (13). The ultra-strong permanent-magnetic vortex agitator is excellent in energy saving and safety, and is suitable for smelting-furnace with flat bottom which is widely utilized.
