Abstract:
Disclosed is an ultra-thin composite transparent conductive film, comprising a transparent substrate, one face of the transparent substrate being provided with a first UV glue layer, a second UV glue layer, and a third UV glue layer; the first UV glue layer is pattern-pressed, cured, and filled with a conductive material to form mesh-shaped grooves of a first conductive layer and lead grooves of a first lead region, the depth of the mesh-shaped grooves of the first conductive layer and the lead grooves of the first lead region being smaller than the thickness of the first UV glue layer; the surface of the first UV glue layer is provided with the second UV glue layer, the second UV glue layer being used as a reinforcing insulating support layer; the third UV glue layer is pattern-pressed, cured, and filled with a conductive material to form mesh-shaped grooves of a second conductive layer and lead grooves of a second lead region, the depth of the mesh-shaped grooves of the second conductive layer and the lead grooves of the second lead region being not greater than the thickness of the third UV glue layer. The conductive film of the present invention has a simple structure and a simplified and stable process, and can be used widely.
