Abstract:
An ultra-thin wall large-diameter stainless steel welded pipe, comprising: a first pipe that is formed by winding and welding a first stainless steel plate and comprises an only one vertical weld seam formed at a welding position; a second pipe that has the same structure as the first pipe and is butt-welded to the first pipe to form a circumferential weld seam; a hoop that covers the circumferential weld seam; and a vertical reinforcement strip that covers and is welded to the vertical weld seam. The stainless steel welded pipe has a yield strength of greater than or equal to 600 Mpa, an elongation of greater than or equal to 17%, and a tensile strength of greater than or equal to 750 Mpa; and precipitation rates of heavy metals chromium, iron, manganese, and nickel in tap water are respectively less than or equal to 0.1, 0.25, 0.25 and 0.05 mg/kg.
