Abstract:
An ultrafine grain steel plate and a preparation method therefor. The ultrafine grain steel plate comprises the following chemical components, in percentages by mass: 0.04-0.10% of C, 1.20-1.60% of Mn, 0.30-0.60% of Ni, 0.01-0.05% of Nb, 0.005-0.02% of Ti, 0.015-0.050% of Alt, 0.01-0.25% of Cr, 0.10-0.35% of Cu, 0.10-0.40% of Si, P≤0.010%, S≤0.004% and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities; and the thickness of the steel plate is 40-60 mm. The preparation method therefor comprises the following steps: S1, subjecting a continuous casting plate blank to rough rolling after heating and dephosphorization; S2, cooling an intermediate blank to 300-400ºC within 200-300 seconds; S3, then heating the intermediate blank to Ae3-10ºC to Ae 3 in a heating furnace, and preserving the temperature for 30±10 min; S4, when the temperature of the discharged reheated intermediate blank reaches 760±10ºC, subjecting same to second-stage finish rolling, wherein the accumulated reduction rate of the core part is 40-50%; and S5, after the second-stage finish rolling is finished, subjecting same to controlled cooling and stack cooling, so as to obtain an ultrafine grain steel plate. The ultrafine grain steel plate has a thickness of 40-60 mm, a yield strength larger than 460 MPa and good low-temperature toughness, and reaches a -101ºC impact energy larger than 120 J.
