Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ultrahigh-voltage-resistant hybrid fiber reinforced composite material and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: carrying out ball milling on a dielectric ceramic powder and a solvent to obtain a dielectric ceramic dispersion liquid; uniformly mixing the dielectric ceramic dispersion liquid and matrix resin to obtain a mixture; carrying out vacuum distillation on the mixture to obtain dielectric ceramic modified matrix resin; preparing a chopped fiber prepreg by using chopped fibers and the dielectric ceramic modified matrix resin; preparing a continuous fiber prepreg sheet by using a continuous fiber cloth and the dielectric ceramic modified matrix resin; alternately laying the continuous fiber prepreg sheet and the chopped fiber prepreg until a preset thickness is reached, thus obtaining an alternate-layer prepreg; and carrying out compression-molding curing on the alternate-layer prepreg to obtain the ultra-high voltage-resistant hybrid fiber reinforced composite material. The high-voltage-resistant hybrid fiber reinforced composite material prepared in the present invention has high mechanical properties and meanwhile has better voltage resistance than a traditional laminated board.
