Abstract:
The present invention provides an ultrasonic alarm circuit and a terminal device. The ultrasonic alarm circuit comprises a controller and an ultrasonic speaker. A first control end of the controller is connected to a control end of the ultrasonic speaker, and an input end of the ultrasonic speaker is connected to a ring signal. The controller is used for sending a first modulation parameter to the ultrasonic speaker. The ultrasonic speaker is used for modulating, according to the first modulation parameter, the ring signal by using an ultrasonic carrier signal, so as to obtain a mixed beam signal, and is used for emitting the mixed beam signal on a preset time node. In the ultrasonic alarm circuit provided in the present invention, a mixed beam signal modulated by using an ultrasonic wave is emitted on a preset time point, so that a user in a specified position region can be reminded or woken up, and surrounding persons are free of interference.
