Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an ultrasonic-assisted fuel cell manufacturing method and a system, the method using a catalytic effect of ultrasonic waves on an oxygen reduction reaction at an air-electrolyte-air electrode junction, increasing output power of a cell. A related cell system comprises an ultrasonic transducer, a transducer driver circuit, an air electrode, an electrolyte and a fuel electrode, using the ultrasonic transducer to generate ultrasonic waves at a location of a cathode oxygen reduction reaction of a fuel cell, driving more oxygen molecules to the location of the cathode oxygen reduction reaction, increasing discharge current and output power of the fuel cell.
