Abstract:
An ultrasonic atomization piece (1), an atomizer and an ultrasonic electronic cigarette. The ultrasonic atomization piece (1) comprises a sheet-shaped piezoelectric substrate (101), a surface electrode (102) attached to one side surface of the piezoelectric substrate (101), and a driving electrode (103) attached to the other side surface of the piezoelectric substrate (101), the piezoelectric substrate (101) being in a strip shape; the piezoelectric substrate (101) is formed by an oscillation section (106) and a fixed section (107) which are connected to each other, the surface electrode (102) is fixedly provided on one side surface of the oscillation section (106), and the driving electrode (103) is fixedly provided on the other side surface of the oscillation section (106); both the surface electrode (102) and the driving electrode (103) are rectangular or circular. The ultrasonic atomization piece (1), the atomizer and the ultrasonic electronic cigarette have good atomization effect, produce a large amount of smoke, and has a small size and a long service life.
