Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ultrasonic bread cutter and, more specifically, to an ultrasonic bread cutter, which converts high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical energy by means of an ultrasonic unit so as to cut bread by means of the ultrasonic vibrations of a cutting knife. An ultrasonic bread cutter according to an embodiment of the present invention cuts the bread by converting the high-frequency electrical energy into the mechanical energy by means of the ultrasonic unit, and transmits the mechanical vibrations thereof to the bread while the cutting knife passes through the bread.
