Abstract:
Provided is an ultrasonic cleaning device that can be driven with low power consumption while minimizing decreases in cleaning power. An ultrasonic cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a vibration generation unit that causes ultrasonic vibration to be generated as a result of application of a drive pulse waveform; a vibration transmission unit that can be brought into contact with an object to be cleaned and that transmits the vibration generated by the vibration generation unit to the object to be cleaned; and a drive pulse generation unit for generating the drive pulse waveform having a predetermined period that is applied to the vibration generation unit. An ON time during which a drive pulse is applied to the vibration generation unit and an OFF time during which the drive pulse is not applied occur in an alternating manner in the drive pulse waveform.
