Abstract:
The frequency and output of an ultrasonic wave are adjusted so that the relation 0.04f-20.0≤P≤0.09f-7.5 is satisfied where f (kHz) is the frequency of the ultrasonic wave and P (W/L) is the output per unit quantity of liquid determined by dividing the output (W) of the ultrasonic wave by the quantity (L) of the cleaning liquid. In addition, the delivered state of the cleaning liquid delivered by a pump is adjusted so that the ratio (C5) of the brightness of the cleaning liquid at the point of time when five second has elapsed from the point of time when an ultrasonic wave applying device and a bubble cleaning device are both started to operate to the brightness of the cleaning liquid when no bubbles are present in the cleaning liquid is 0.75 or less. Coalescence and collapse of bubbles due to ultrasonic wave application are minimized, the ultrasonic wave cleaning action and the bubble cleaning action are simultaneously exploited for a long time, and the object to be cleaned can be effectively cleaned.
