Abstract:
An ultrasonic device and an animal fixation device. The ultrasonic device comprises: a base (1), an ultrasonic probe (2), and an adjusting component (3) connecting the base (1) and the ultrasonic probe (2). The adjusting component (3) drives the ultrasonic probe (2) to adjust in any direction. The animal fixation device comprises: a tooth hook (6), a fixation mechanism (7), and the ultrasonic device. The fixation mechanism (7) is provided on the base (1) and is for fixing four limbs of an animal under experiment. One end of the tooth hook (6) is hingedly connected to the base (1) of the ultrasonic device, and the other end is provided with a slot (61) for tightly holding a tooth of the animal under experiment. The adjusting component (3) is configured to perform the adjustment of the ultrasonic probe (2) any direction. Before a ligature is released and the animal under experiment is re-perfused, the ultrasonic probe (2) having configured ultrasonic parameters is moved to a lesion of the animal under experiment in advance such that when reperfusion occurs, ultrasonic controllable site-specific stimulation treatment is carried out, thereby improving the experimental accuracy and treatment efficacy.
