A cable support apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support arm supporting a cable, extending to have a predetermined length, and being rotatable around a first shaft in the direction orthogonal to the lengthwise direction; a first rotation support part for supporting the support arm such that the support arm rotates around the first shaft; a second rotation support part for supporting the first rotation support part such that both the support arm and the first rotation support part rotate around a second shaft intersecting the first shaft; and a second rotation limitation part for limiting the angle at which the support arm rotates around the second shaft, wherein the second rotation limitation part can be formed such that the range of the angle at which the support arm rotates around the second shaft varies according to the angle at which the support arm rotates around the first shaft.
