An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, an apparatus comprising the same, and a method therefor are provided. The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprises: a transducer for interconverting a wave and an electric signal; and a transmission portion for controlling the transducer so as to allow a plurality of plane waves to be transmitted through a plurality of sub-gauges.
