Abstract:
In order to three-dimensionally quantify elastic information indicating the hardness or softness of a tissue of a subject by means of a simple operation, the disclosed ultrasonic diagnostic device (100) generates RF signal frame data of a plurality of tomographic planes of the subject on the basis of a reflected echo signal measured by an ultrasonic probe (2), measures the displacement of tissue at a plurality of measurement points in the tomographic planes on the basis of a pair of RF signal frame data sets wherein pressure conditions with respect to the tissue of the subject are different, and computes elastic information indicating the hardness or softness of the tissue at the plurality of measurement points on the basis of the measured displacement. In order to achieve the above, two three-dimensional areas of interest are set on a displayed elastic rendering image. A three-dimensional deformation ratio measurement unit (52) calculates and displays on an image display apparatus (13) the ratio between elastic information of a first three-dimensional area of interest that has been set and elastic information of a second three-dimensional area of interest.
