Abstract:
An ultrasonic dual-wave high-reliability measurement method for bolt stress, comprising: arranging first and second ultrasonic dual-wave transducers (10, 30) at two ends of a bolt (20) under test, the first ultrasonic dual-wave transducer (10) being used for transmitting and receiving transverse or longitudinal ultrasonic waves, the second ultrasonic dual-wave transducer (30) being used for receiving transverse or longitudinal ultrasonic waves, and the first and second ultrasonic dual-wave transducers (10, 30) having a synchronous communication trigger function during transmitting or receiving (S01); propagating the transverse or longitudinal waves generated by the first ultrasonic dual-wave transducer (10) in said bolt (20); and verifying measured data, if the difference between a time of flight upon receipt by the first ultrasonic dual-wave transducer (10) and twice of a time of flight of a same mode upon receipt by the second ultrasonic dual-wave transducer (30) does not exceed one quarter of a transmitting period T, the measured times of flight passing the verification, otherwise, the measured times of flight not passing the verification (S03). The reliability of obtained ultrasonic wave time of flight data can be verified, various measurement errors are avoided, and the measurement precision is high.
