Abstract:
The present application discloses an ultrasonic fingerprint recognition device and a display device. The ultrasonic fingerprint recognition device comprises a circuit layer, a layer of piezoelectric devices, and an organic insulating layer disposed therebetween. The piezoelectric devices comprise: a driving electrode and a receiving electrode for providing a driving voltage; and a piezoelectric film layer therebetween. The piezoelectric film layer, when being acted on by an electrical signal provided by the driving electrode, can generate an ultrasonic wave, and, when being acted on by a sound wave, can generate an electrical signal reflecting the strength of the sound wave. The ultrasonic fingerprint recognition device further comprises a first lead-out electrode disposed on the organic insulating layer, and electrically connected to a source and drain by means of a first via.
