Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an ultrasonic fusion adhesive for a large aircraft and a preparation process therefor. The ultrasonic fusion adhesive is located between two thin-film base material layers, and the ultrasonic fusion adhesive is composed of 70-90 parts of a modified melamine formaldehyde resin and 10-30 parts of a halogen-free phosphorus-containing flame retardant, wherein the modified melamine formaldehyde resin is composed of the following components, in parts by weight: 100 parts of melamine, 150-250 parts of a formaldehyde solution, 2-6 parts of polyethylene glycol, 8-20 parts of ethylene glycol, 10-30 parts of urea, 10-15 parts of paraformaldehyde, 3-8 parts of hexahydrophthalic anhydride and 2-4 parts of carbodiimide. According to the ultrasonic fusion adhesive of the present invention, while improving the toughness of the adhesive, the toughness stability of the adhesive is maintained as the temperature rises, thereby improving the weather resistance of the flame-retardant fusion adhesive layer.
