Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a small-sized, high-precision ultrasonic gas sensor device whereby the number of manufacturing steps thereof is reduced and the cost thereof is lowered. The present invention is provided with a first ultrasonic sensor and a second ultrasonic sensor, a first ultrasonic passage for guiding ultrasonic waves generated from the first ultrasonic sensor, and a second ultrasonic passage for guiding ultrasonic waves generated from the second ultrasonic sensor, reflecting parts being provided inside the first and second ultrasonic passages so that ultrasonic waves are deflected and can be radiated in a fluid.
