Abstract:
An ultrasonic generator comprises: a substrate; a lower electrode positioned above the substrate; an upper electrode positioned above the lower electrode; and an ultrasonic generation unit positioned between the lower electrode and the upper electrode. The ultrasonic generation unit comprises an oscillation cavity and an ultrasonic generation layer provided above the oscillation cavity. The ultrasonic generation layer is used to cause a surrounding medium to oscillate and generate an ultrasonic wave in response to a voltage difference between the upper electrode and the lower electrode.
