Abstract:
An ultrasonic spindle, comprising a spindle housing (1), a rotating shaft (2), a front end cover (3), a transmitting frame (4), and an ultrasonic wireless transmitting device (5). The rotating shaft (2) is rotatably provided in the spindle housing (1) in a penetrating mode and a mounting hole is formed on the front end surface of the rotating shaft (2); the front end cover (3) is provided on the front end of the spindle housing (1) and is provided around the rotating shaft (2); the transmitting frame (4) is directly mounted on the front end surface of the front end cover (3) and is provided around the rotating shaft (2); a first accommodating groove (401) surrounding the rotating shaft (2) is formed on the front end surface of the transmitting frame (4); the transmitting frame (4) is connected to the front end cover (3) by means of a bolt, so as to facilitate assembling and disassembling; and the ultrasonic wireless transmitting device (5) is provided in the first accommodating groove (401), and comprises transmitting coils (501) provided around the rotating shaft (2) and transmitting ferrites (502) used for accommodating the transmitting coils (501). The ultrasonic spindle is excellent in performance, good in machining effect, wide in application range, capable of machining multiple materials, and long in service life. Further comprised is an ultrasonic machining apparatus using the foregoing ultrasonic spindle.
