Abstract:
An ultrasonic mask according to an embodiment comprises: a first substrate; a first wire disposed on the upper surface of the first substrate; a second substrate disposed above the first substrate; a second wire disposed on the lower surface of the second substrate; a piezoelectric member between the first substrate and the second substrate; a first electrode connected to the first wire and disposed on the lower surface of the piezoelectric member; and a second electrode connected to the second wire and disposed on the upper surface of the piezoelectric member, wherein the first wire and the second wire have curvatures of 5R to 15R, and the piezoelectric member generates an ultrasonic wave having a frequency band of 20kHz to 1MHz.
