A telediagnosis/teletreatment system using an external, noninvasive ultrasonic wave, for tele-examining the circulations of a plurality of portions of a subject and carrying out a treatment by transmitting an ultrasonic wave for treatment. An ultrasonic telediagnosis/teletreatment system comprises a step of collecting image data by using ultrasonic devices disposed at a plurality of portions of a subject, a step of allowing a transmitter attached to the subject to transmit the collected image data and image information on corresponding portion identification codes along with the subject ID code for specifying the subject, a step of examining the portions of the subject on the basis of the received image data, and a step of remotely controlling the application of an ultrasonic wave for treatment by the ultrasonic device disposed at the portion diagnosed as abnormally on the basis of the received image data through a network.
