Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to save effort and facilitate observation for screening and detailed examination by ultrasonic elastography. This ultrasonic observation device is provided with: an ultrasonic image generation unit for generating ultrasonic image data on the basis of an ultrasonic signal; a region-of-interest setting unit for automatically setting a first region of interest which is preliminarily set in the ultrasonic image and a relatively hard second region of interest in the first region of interest; and an elasticity image generation unit for generating first and second elasticity image data each having a display mode according to the hardness of the first and second regions of interest.
