Abstract:
Provided is an ultrasonic oscillator capable of detecting any of a no-water burning state with no water load, the abnormality of a vibration element, or the abnormality of a cleaning tank. Specifically provided is an ultrasonic oscillator characterized by being provided with a signal source (9) which generates a signal of at least one frequency among f1, f2 and f3, a matching circuit (17) which matches the signal generated by the signal source, a vibration element (2) to which the signal matched by the matching circuit is inputted, a detection circuit (10) which detects the voltage value and current value of the signal inputted to the vibration element, an impedance calculator (11) which calculates the impedance to the signal using the voltage value and current value detected by the detection circuit, and a determination unit (13) which determines the abnormality of a cleaning tank or the vibration element by comparing the preset abnormality detection threshold of the impedance and the impedance to the signal, which is calculated by the impedance calculator.
