Abstract:
An ultrasonic oscillator which allows easy change of a control system corresponding to the purpose of cleaning and the process of cleaning. The ultrasonic oscillator for oscillating a signal for ultrasonic oscillation to an ultrasonic element is provided with a programmable multi-control circuit (2) comprising a signal generation circuit (2d) for generating the signal and an output adjustment circuit (5) adjusting the output of the signal from the programmable multi-control circuit. The programmable multi-control circuit is characterized by comprising a power control circuit (2a) connected electrically to the output adjustment circuit, a phase comparison circuit (2b) connected electrically to the output adjustment circuit, a frequency control circuit (2c) connected electrically to the phase comparison circuit, and a signal modulation circuit (2e) connected electrically to the frequency control circuit via the signal generation circuit.
