Abstract:
An ultrasonic osteotome cutter bit, comprising a cutter bit head (1), a cutter bar (2), and a cutter body (3). One end of the cutter bar (2) is connected to the cutter bit head (1), and the other end of the cutter bar (2) is connected to the cutter body (3); the cutter bit head (1) is of a flat sheet structure or of a gradient flat sheet structure formed by gradational transition from the cutter bar (2); the thickness of a front cutting portion of the cutter bit head (1) is greater than the thickness of a rear portion of the cutter bit head (1); and a toothed structure (11) is processed at the cutting portion of the cutter bit head (1). A water guide groove (12) is processed between the adjacent teeth on a single side or two sides of the cutter bit head (1). The ultrasonic osteotome cutter bit can greatly improve the cooling effect to the tip of the cutter bit; flushing fluid can flow onto the tip of the cutter bit at any moment in a cutting process; and negative effects on tissues due to high operating temperature are avoided in the cutting process.
