Abstract:
In the present invention, a compact delay circuit with which it is possible to change delay time dynamically is formed. A probe has an analog memory unit (205) that stores, at a plurality of capacitors (303), charges corresponding to ultrasonic reflected waves that occur due to differences in acoustic impedance, and outputs the charges stored at these capacitors (303) in order. The analog memory unit (205) stores the same charge at two or more capacitors (303) for a period set in advance when a control signal (Ctls_1) that lengthens the delay time of a reflected wave has been input during charge storage, or outputs the charge stored at one capacitor (303) for a period set in advance when a control signal (Ctlo_1) is input during charge output.
