Abstract:
This ultrasonic probe includes: a plurality of piezoelectric elements; an acoustic matching layer that is connected to an ultrasound-emitting face of the plurality of piezoelectric elements; a common ground disposed with at least a portion thereof in contact with the piezoelectric elements on the surface of the acoustic matching layer on the side contacting the piezoelectric elements; a deformation prevention member that is disposed in contact with the surface of the acoustic matching layer on the side contacting the piezoelectric elements; a coaxial wire that transmits a signal to each of the plurality of piezoelectric elements; and a substrate which is disposed on the opposite side of the ultrasound-emitting face of the piezoelectric elements and electrically connects the piezoelectric elements with the coaxial wire. Thus, the ultrasonic probe is provided in which degradation in performance of the ultrasonic probe due to heat is prevented.
