Abstract:
An ultrasonic sensor device (1) is configured such that a first damping member (30) is in contact with the outer circumference side of a circumference wall (12). A first housing (40) supports a case (10) with the first damping member (30) therebetween. The end (51) of a second housing (50) on the case (10) side is located on the inner circumference side of the first housing (40), and is directly or indirectly in contact with an opening end (13). The first housing (40) is provided with a first groove (42). The first groove (42) is provided to the inner circumference surface (41) of the first housing (40). The first groove (42) extends in an axial direction. The first groove (42) extends from a position of the first damping member (30) on the outer circumference side to at least a position of the end (51) of the second housing (50) on the outer circumference side, and is in communication with the outer portion (100) located on the outer circumference side of the second housing (50).
