Abstract:
Provided is an ultrasonic sensor unit whereby adhesiveness of an elastic sheet with respect to an ultrasonic radiation surface can be sufficiently ensured, and the elastic sheet can be easily replaced. An ultrasonic sensor unit 2 is provided with: a pair of ultrasonic sensors 11, 12; sensor holders 42, 43 respectively having housing holes 35, 59, in which the ultrasonic sensors 11, 12 are disposed; and rubber sheets 90 as elastic sheets. Each of the ultrasonic sensors 11, 12 has, at a leading end portion thereof, an ultrasonic radiation surface 21 having a convex curved surface shape, and radiates ultrasonic waves in a state wherein the leading end portion is pressed to a measuring pipe 10. Each of the rubber sheets 90 has: a first region 91 covering the ultrasonic radiation surface 21 in a state of being stretched along the ultrasonic radiation surface 21; and a second region 92 that seals a gap between the inner peripheral surface of each of the housing holes 35, 59, and the outer peripheral surface of each of the ultrasonic sensors 11, 12 by being sandwiched therebetween in the gap.
