Abstract:
According to the present invention, a sound absorption material (130) is provided over a first main surface (121) and a circumferential surface (123) of a piezoelectric element (120) so as to cover the first main surface (121) and the circumferential surface (123). At least a part of the inside of a case (110) is filled with a filler (140) so that the piezoelectric element (120) and the sound absorption material (130) are covered by the filler within the case (110). The sound absorption material (130) is arranged so as to have a gap between itself and a circumferential wall part (123) of the case (110). The gap between the sound absorption material (130) and the circumferential wall part (123) of the case (110) is filled with the filler (140).
