Abstract:
An ultrasonic signal detecting circuit, an ultrasonic signal detecting method, and a display panel. The ultrasonic signal detecting circuit (100) comprises a control sub-circuit (110) and a sensing sub-circuit (120). The sensing sub-circuit (120) is configured to detect an ultrasonic echo signal, and generate a piezoelectric signal according to the ultrasonic echo signal, the piezoelectric signal comprises a first sub-signal and a second sub-signal, the voltage value of one of the first sub-signal and the second sub-signal is higher than the value of a reference voltage signal, and the voltage value of the other one of the first sub-signal and the second sub-signal is lower than the value of the reference voltage signal. The control sub-circuit (110) is electronically connected to a sensing sub-circuit (120), and is configured to be that: under the control of the first sub-signal, a first power supply end (VDC) and an output end of the control sub-circuit (110) are turned on, so as to transmit a power supply signal to the output end of the control sub-circuit (110); and under the control of the second sub-signal, the first power supply end (VDC) and the output end of the control sub-circuit (110) are turned on, so as to transmit a power supply signal to the output end of the control sub-circuit (110).
