Abstract:
Disclosed is an ultrasonic transceiver probe, comprising a substrate (1), extraction electrodes, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer, wherein the first conductive layer is attached to a first surface of the substrate (1), and the second conductive layer is attached to a second surface opposite the first surface; the second conductive layer comprises a plurality of conductive sub-regions (2), and the plurality of conductive sub-regions (2) are distributed in a mutually insulated manner; the extraction electrodes comprise a first extraction electrode and second extraction electrodes; the first extraction electrode is electrically connected to the first conductive layer; and there are a plurality of second extraction electrodes, and the plurality of second extraction electrodes are respectively electrically connected to the plurality of conductive sub-regions (2). A conductive layer on a second surface of a large-area ultrasonic transceiver probe is designed to be a plurality of conductive sub-regions (2) separated from each other, so that the large-area ultrasonic transceiver probe emits an ultrasonic beam with a large cross-section to enlarge the detection coverage region, and during the reception of an ultrasonic feedback signal, the plurality of conductive sub-regions (2) independently receive the feedback signal.
