Abstract:
The present invention includes: a conductive case (3); a piezoelectric material (1) that has a piezoelectric electrode (2b); and an adhesive member (4) that adheres the case (3) to the piezoelectric material (1). The adhesive member (4) includes an adhesive (6) and conductive particles (5) and ensures electrical continuity between the case (3) and the piezoelectric electrode, and the thickness of the adhesive layer formed by the adhesive member (4) provided between the case (3) and the piezoelectric electrode (2b) is equal to or less than the particle size of the conductive particles (5). Due to this configuration, electrical continuity can be ensured when the proportion of the conductive particles (5) in the adhesive layer is low, a predetermined adhesive strength can be ensured by increasing the proportion of the adhesive (6), and the thickness of the adhesive layer can be stabilized by the conductive particles (5) serving as spacers.
