Abstract:
An ultrasonic transducer dissipates heat by the thermal conductivity of an aluminum layer adjacent to an active element, and has the boundary surface of a matching layer formed as a composite structure, thereby improving acoustic properties. The present invention enables improving heat dissipation properties of the ultrasonic transducer by means of emitting, through the metal layer of aluminum in a position adjacent to the active element, heat generated from the active element and heat generated by multiple reflections. The present invention enables improving the sensitivity and bandwidth of the ultrasonic transducer when an ultrasonic signal is transmitted to an object being inspected through the metal layer and composite structure on the boundary surface between a first substance and a second substance.
