Abstract:
Embodiments of the present description provide an ultrasonic transducer and a method for preparing a matching layer. The ultrasonic transducer comprises: a piezoelectric layer and a matching layer, wherein the matching layer is provided between the piezoelectric layer and an object under test, the piezoelectric layer realizes acoustic matching with the object under test by means of the matching layer, the piezoelectric layer is used for realizing the conversion between ultrasonic waves and electrical energy; and the sound velocity of the matching layer is distributed in a gradient in at least one direction. In the present description, the gradient distribution of the sound velocity of the matching layer makes ultrasonic waves of different frequencies have the same wavelength in the matching layer, such that the acoustic matching between piezoelectric layers of different structures and a human tissue can be realized, the transmittance of the ultrasonic waves in the matching layer can be improved, and the bandwidth of the ultrasonic transducer can be increased.
